When Enfinger Steele Development began planning a new community on the property at Research Park in Huntsville, Mark Harris Homes and Richard were selected to create the cottage style homes in this exciting new planned community.
The teams from Mark Harris Homes, Enfinger Steele, and Richard Cable Interiors traveled together to other parts of the Southeast to research planned communities and the cottage style vernacular.
Together we have created a planned community of cottages, town homes, and row houses that are designed with picket fences, sidewalks, and alley entrance garages for a neighborhood friendly atmosphere.
As with all of the new home developers we work with, Richard either selects all of the interior and exterior finishes for speculative homes or meets directly with the builders clients to guide them in the selection process.
