Another example of a planned community by Enfinger Steele Development and Mark Harris Homes, Mt. Carmel offers homes in the $250,000 to over $500,000 price range in several different "villages". As with all of the new home developers we work with, Richard either selects all of the interior and exterior finishes for speculative homes or meets directly with the builders clients to guide them in the selection process.
