The new Westin Hotel anchors the Bridge Street Town Centre Complex, the home of our own flagship Richard Cable Interiors Furniture Store. In a unique venture for the Westin Hotel Chain, the top of the hotel houses five floors of condominium residences with spectacular views of Huntsville and the surrounding area.
Richard Cable was asked to furnish two very distinct contemporary model homes for the Westin.
Model #604 is a cozy modern two bedroom home with a sleek leather, metal, and exotic wood design scheme. The concept was to provide an atmosphere appropriate for a bachelor or corporation to house an engineer or space industry executive.
Model # 704 is a larger two bedroom home that was designed for a husband and wife with a slightly less austere style yet still modern and sleek. Fabrics in contemporary patterns and solids soften the look and contrast beautifully with the warm wood tones of the flooring and cabinetry.
When we furnish a model home we typically provide everything from the rugs on the floors to the glasses in the kitchen cabinets, art on the walls, furniture, and even the towels and soap in the bathrooms.
